All taxi bookings require advance payment.
Advance is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

If cancelled more than 12 hours before the ride, partial refund may be considered.
No refund for cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup time.
In rare cases where we cancel the ride, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
